Mod Post
This is a warning that's been making its way around comms that I belong to, so I figured I'd share.
There is a Live Journal specific virus making the rounds.
If you see a post to this (or any other community) with the following text, do not click on any of the links.
Dear friends, I, as the maintainer of the community, have to inform you that, due to the recent tragic events, I've decided to stop using LJ as a platform for my community. From now on, all new materials should be posted to the new community I've recently created, as for old posts, you will be able to find them there.
Clicking on those links is what is spreading the virus. Even if you see this post come from someone you know, it is not be trusted.
Also, let me assure you that I've been on LJ for three years (actually it was three years last Monday) and your lovely co-mod,
dawnie1970 has been using LJ for four and a half years, and even if Fandompocalypse 2009 (new to LJ? Wait for it.) happens, we're planning on staying right here.
